Saturday, March 27, 2010 - Dedication of 152 Washington Street - WOMEN BUILD

Formerly the site of Big Mamma's Soul Food Kitchen, 152 Washington Street now boasts a 2-story, 2-bedroom Habitat home, built by an 80% female volunteer crew. Please join us for the open house and dedication of this unique project. 12 noon open house, 12:30 dedication, 1:00pm reception.

April 18, 2010 - 4 House Dedications & Interfaith Service

A first for Habitat Newburgh, please join us for the dedication of 4 homes in a single day! This is a very special celebration - the first two homes in the E. Parmenter Street revitalization project are finally complete, and we will share in an Interfaith Service for all following the programs.

APRIL 25, 2010 - WALK FOR HOUSING

Join hundreds of walkers and help raise awareness and raise funds to address the critical need for decent, affordable housing in our community. Meet us in historic Downing Park at 12 noon to register. The 11th Annual 5K Walk departs at 1pm, passing several Habitat homes along the way. Then return to the Park for a memorable afternoon of live music, entertainment, food, and games for the whole family. Get a team together, be creative, and help spread the word! MAY 10, 2010 - GOLF CLASSIC

Join Habitat Newburgh for the 11th Annual Golf Classic at the beautiful Powelton Club. This event draws golfers near and far who are dedicated to supporting Habitat's mission of eliminating poverty housing and restoring dignity to hard-working families through homeownership.
