58 Henry Avenue

58 Henry Ave was Habitat Newburgh's 24 completed house and the 2006 Thrivent Builds house. After being abandoned for well over a decade, this house was derelict and structurally unsound when Habitat received it from the City of Newburgh in 2006. After our trained and qualified volunteers successfully removed the asbestos from the house in the summer of 2006, several volunteers came and helped bring down the unstable building that previously stood. Construction quickly moved along and this house was completed, dedicated and sold to the Segarra Family in December 2006. Click here to see more about the dedication of 58 Henry Ave.
