70 Benkard Avenue

This house marks the completion of Habitat Newburgh's 25th house and also of the first Methodist Build Project. Eleven local Methodist Churches banded together to sponsor this house and to gather the resources needed to provide decent and affordable shelter to another deserving family in Newburgh. The house was dedicated and sold in January 2007 and is now the home of the James family.
