132 Benkard Avenue

The 4th PresbyBuild house in the City of Newburgh, this early-1900's home has a gorgeous interior and features unique terrazzo flooring on the front porch. Soon to be a restored 5-bedroom, 2 full bath home, 132 Benkard must first undergo extensive asbestos abatement, with full interior friable removals and exterior non-friable removal as well. In line with our commitment to healthy communities and environmental protection, Habitat Newburgh will be abating in accordance with proper NYS procedures; this will be a model to other builders who might otherwise turn down this restoration due to cost.
